Refund and Exchange Policy 

We do not offer refunds on our products.  All our products are final sale. 

Damaged Products/Exchanges

We only offer exchanges on damaged products.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You will need to contact us at evermorecrafts13@gmail.com and provide us with pictures.  You must send your product back to us before we ship out the exchange.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping.
